I'm Holly Salmons, and I built Neo Numerist to solve a problem I saw everywhere in the creative industries: talented producers and business owners struggling with business systems that weren't designed for the way they work.

With over 20 years in film production and a decade in accounting, I'm one of the few female-led practices that truly understands both sides of the creative business equation. That combination is rare—and it's exactly what growing creative businesses need.

My Background

I've worked across the full spectrum of production—from grassroots independent films to major features—and I understand the unique financial challenges of project-based creative work from the inside out.

My qualifications include postgraduate degrees in Business Law (Master of Business), Professional Accounting (Graduate Diploma), and Screen Business (AFTRS Graduate Diploma), plus my registration as a BAS Agent. I'm also a certified Xero Expert, specialising in cloud-based systems that give creative businesses the real-time financial visibility they need to scale.
